SMALL CITIES COMMITTEE
March 20, 2017
A REGULAR MEETING was held by the Small Cities Committee of the City Council & WPC Authority on Monday, March 20, 2017.
City Councilors Drake Waldron, Luisa Noujaim and Daniel Farley were present.
The meeting was called to order at 6:15 p.m.
Project #143-478
On a motion by Councilor Noujaim, seconded by Councilor Farley, the Committee voted unanimously to approve Project #143-478 and recommend its acceptance to City Council. This was for $8450 for emergency heating, with no liens on the property.
Change Order to Project #143-467
On a motion by Councilor Farley, seconded by Councilor Noujaim, the Committee voted unanimously to approve a Change Order to Project #143-467 and recommend its acceptance to City Council. This was a $200 change.
Adjournment
On a motion by Councilor Farley, seconded by Councilor Noujaim, the meeting was adjourned at 6:23 p.m.
